Dabeull - Intimate Fonk (2026 Repress) - (Vinyl LP)

For one who believes that music is sharing, this is the time of first paychecks as a DJ who makes people dance in bars. A creed still valid today “I love it, it’s part of me”.
One day, his godfather, a composer, lends him a portable sequencer for a day. Dabeull’s life is changed forever.

Though he respects « Nile Rodgers » and « Prince », they do not sit in his pantheon alongside « The Bar-Kays » and « Kleeer ». In the early 00’s, Funk and disco are not popular musical genres, and it is with his Electro Clash first group, « Kill Da Hype », that the man, who was by then already called Dabeull, drew attention during the hay days of Myspace.
